I had a pleasant stay overall, with fantastic facilities for kids and a great outdoor pool and spa area. However, there were some maintenance issues in my unit that detracted from the experience. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Though it felt a bit dated, it was clean and offered good value for the price.

The unit I stayed in was generally clean but had several maintenance issues, such as squeaky doors and dusty bedrooms. There was also a lack of proper kitchen equipment, which made cooking challenging.

The communication was excellent, with easy check-in and responsive property management. I did have a hiccup with my child getting sick, and the management went above and beyond to help with supplies.

I had a lovely stay, especially for the Mandurah Crab Festival being just a short walk away. The rooms exceeded my expectations, and I enjoyed the amenities like the swimming pool and BBQ area. However, there were some maintenance issues with the unit I stayed in, and the noise levels from neighboring villas made it less peaceful than I had hoped.

However, we did encounter some issues with noise traveling between villas, which made it challenging during bedtime. The overall cleanliness was average, and there were a few maintenance concerns that need addressing, but we would definitely return because of the enjoyable experience overall.
